Loving Shepherd is a part of a larger group of believers called the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod. While our name is new, our history dates back over 140 years. Our History describes how two congregations which date back as long as 140 years ago came together as Loving Shepherd.
Loving Shepherd has been faithfully served by two pastors: Rev. David R. Seager and Rev. Thomas Fischer, each who have served the congregation for 10 years but who have been in the ministry for over 42 and 36 years, respectively.
Pastor Seager retired at the end of 2011. Please extend your thoughts and prayers to Pastor and his wife Marie as they embark on a new journey into retirement.
Pastor Paul White accepted the call to serve Loving Shepherd in November 2011 and began his service with his installation on December 4. We ask for God's richest blessings on his time among us.
